Barbera is an indigenous grape variety originating from Piedmont, with a relatively young history, early 1800s. A high-class wine, structured and full of personality, appreciated for its acidity which we make "velvety" thanks to the thinning of the bunches. Brilliant ruby colored wine; vinous scent; dry, savory, full-bodied flavor.
Aged in French Barrique for 18 months.
Serving temperature 18 ° C.
Pairings: roasted red meats, braised meats, game, boiled meats, sauces and cheeses.
