Tony Moore Signature Collection
Vinified in white with Pinot Noir grapes, vines of ancient origins from Burgundy and Champagne. The name derives from the shape of the clusters in the shape of a pine cone. This variety was already present in the Oltrepò in the 1600s.
A golden straw colored wine, harmonious aromas, elegant with slightly toasted nuances. Dry, full and savory in the mouth.
