Our Pinot Noir is harvested by hand, selected from the vineyards of our "burgundy" hill which captures the best of the unique Oltrepò Pavese terroir.
The body of this wine is fresh and elegant, the senses will be captured by delicate aromas of black cherry, flavors of strawberry and raspberry that dance slightly on the palate.
Recommended serving temperature: 16º-18°C.
Beautifully balanced with vibrant acidity, it is the ideal complement to earthy mushrooms, grilled salmon, venison, lamb, cheese, poultry.
