Vinified in white with Pinot Noir grapes, vines of ancient origins of Burgundy and Champagne. The name derives from the shape of the pine cone-shaped bunches. This variety was already present in the Oltrepò in 1600.

A golden straw-colored wine, harmonious aromas, elegant with slightly toasted nuances. Dry, full and savory in the mouth.
