Barbera is a native vine from Piedmont, with a relatively young history, dating back to the early 1800s. A classy wine, structured and full of personality, appreciated for its acidity that we make "velvety" thanks to the thinning of the bunches. A wine with a bright ruby color; a vinous aroma; a dry, savoury, full-bodied flavour.
Pairings: roast red meats, braised meats, game, boiled meats, sauces and cheeses.
