Our Pinot Noir is harvested by hand, selected from the vineyards of our "Burgundy" hillside which captures the best of the unique terroir of the Oltrepò Pavese.
The body of this wine is fresh and elegant, the senses will be captured by delicate aromas of black cherry, flavors of strawberry and raspberry that dance lightly on the palate.
Recommended serving temperature: 16º-18°C.
Beautifully balanced with vibrant acidity, it is the ideal complement to earthy mushrooms, grilled salmon, game, lamb, cheese, poultry.
2 x Pinot Noir vinified in white Doc Op ROUTE 66 Tony Moore Signature Collection
Vinified in white with Pinot Noir grapes, vines of ancient origins from Burgundy and Champagne. The name derives from the pine cone shape of the bunches. This variety was already present in the Oltrepò in 1600.
A golden straw-colored wine, harmonious aromas, elegant with slightly toasted nuances. Dry, full and tasty in the mouth.

2 x Barbera Doc OP ROUTE66 Tony Moore Signature Collection
Barbera is an autochthonous vine originating from Piedmont, it has a relatively young history, the beginning of the 19th century. A very classy wine, structured and full of personality, appreciated for its acidity which we make "velvety" thanks to the thinning of the bunches. Bright ruby colored wine; vinous scent; dry, savory, full-bodied flavour.
